Minister for Minority Welfare, government of Andhra Pradesh hosted breakfast in honour of Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Iran
 

   His Excellency Mr. Mohd. Ali Shabbir, Honorable Minister for Coal, Energy and Minority Welfare, government of Andhra Pradesh hoisted a breakfast at his residence on 4^th August 2007 in honour of visiting Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Iran His Excellency Mr. Sayed Mehdi Nabizadeh.

    His Excellency accompanied by Consul General of Islamic Republic of Iran His Excellency Mr. Hossein Ravesh attended invitation and discussed the matters of mutual interest over breakfast. Mr. Mohd. Fareeduddin, Minister for Co-operatives, government of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Hafez Peer Shabbir Ahmed, Chairman Andhra Pradesh Haj Committee, Mr. Rahimuddin Ansari, Chairman Urdu Academy, Mr. Yousuf Qureshi, Chairman Minority Finance Corporation and several other religious and political personalities also joined them.

    His Excellency Mr. Mohd. Ali Shabbir while expressing his happiness over the promotion of relationship between Andhra Pradesh and Iran during the past three years informed the Ambassador regarding the interest shown by the government the Andhra Pradesh in minorities, especially in the field of education and the financial assistance provided to the minorities.

    His Excellency Mr. Nabizadeh thanked the minister for hosting breakfast in his honour and mentioned about the age old relationship between Iran and India, specially the promotion of Iran – Hyderabad relation which would not have been without the co-operation of government of Andhra Pradesh and emphasized on the unity among all sects of Islam.
