Meeting of Consul General of Islamic Republic of Iran at Hyderabad with the Commissioner of Police Mysore City. His Excellency Mr. Mahmoud Safari during his visit to Karnataka State on 23rd January 2010 called on Mr. Sunil Agarwal honorable Commissioner of Police Mysore city in the presence of some of the officials from the Foreigners Branch. The Important points that were discussed at the meeting were. . Extension of stay to be granted with in 24hrs of submission of the documents. . Issue of Students visa as per their research visa for P.hd Students. . Issue of Visa’s for the undergraduates and post graduates as per the submission of the Bonafide Certificate of the concerned Institutions for a period of one , two or three years depending upon the course. . No need for issue of the Land lords Photo for the address proof only a copy of rental deed will be sufficient. . No need of an Indian as a guarantor for the one who come on ‘X’ type visa or as a family visa of a student. His Excellency informed that the Consulate General of Islamic Republic of Iran will be responsible for all Iranian Nationals and will be liable to solve their problems. . Issue of return visa for the Iranian students based on the Bonafide letter issued by the Institution or the concerned department for Holidays. . Emphasis on rights of Iranian students with in the frame work of religion and the meetings of Iranian students Islamic Association. |
